§ 655 § 655. License fees
A license fee shall be charged for each sales license granted to a person for the purpose of selling lottery tickets. The fee shall be fixed by the commission, but no license fee in excess of $15.00 per year may be charged. (Added 1977, No. 82, § 2, eff. April 27, 1977.)
