§ 1171. Connecticut River Valley flood control commission; appointment; term of office
The Connecticut River Valley flood control commission shall consist of three members. Biennially, in the month of February, the governor, by and with the advice and consent of the senate, shall appoint one member of the commission whose term of office shall be six years from and after March 1 of the year in which he is appointed.
