§ 4177 § 4177. Unfair and deceptive acts and practices
Failure of the manufacturer, its agents, authorized dealers, or motor vehicle lessors to comply with a decision of the board shall constitute an unfair or deceptive act or practice under 9 V.S.A. chapter 63. (Added 1983, No. 211 (Adj. Sess.), § 1; amended 1987, No. 242 (Adj. Sess.), § 7.)
