§ 267 § 267. Verification of statements and reports
Any statement or report required to be made under any provision of this chapter shall contain or be verified by a written declaration that it is made under the penalties of perjury. (Added 1989, No. 160 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. April 30, 1990.)
