An act relating to increasing substance abuse treatment, vocational training, and transitional housing for offenders in order to reduce recidivism, increase public safety, and reduce corrections costs.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives:
That when the two Houses adjourn on Friday, February 8, 2008, it be to meet again no later than Tuesday, February 12, 2008.
House bill of the following title was read the third time and passed in concurrence with proposal of amendment:
An act relating to beer producers’ interest in retail liquor licenses.
On motion of Senator Mazza, the Senate adjourned until eleven o’clock and forty-five minutes in the morning.
