Statement of purpose:  This bill proposes to ensure that at least 20 percent of the total housing units in new residential housing developments approved after the effective date of this act be permanently affordable to low income households.

AN ACT RELATING TO INCREASING THE SUPPLY OF HOUSING THAT WILL BE PERMANENTLY AFFORDABLE TO LOW INCOME VERMONTERS

It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
