Statement of purpose:  This bill proposes to repeal the requirement for the agency of natural resources to reopen the total maximum daily load plan for Lake Champlain on July 1, 2008.

AN ACT RELATING TO REPEALING THE REQUIREMENT TO REOPEN THE TOTAL MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD PLAN FOR LAKE CHAMPLAIN


It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:

Sec. 1.  REPEAL OF REOPENING OF LAKE CHAMPLAIN TOTAL

             MAXIMUM DAILY LOAD

Sec. 5 of No. 43 of the Acts of 2007 (reopening of Lake Champlain total maximum daily load) is repealed.
