Statement of purpose:  This bill proposes to require the state to purchase any property at its equalized list value if it is offered at that price for at least one year and fails to sell, and to reduce the town's common level of appraisal by 90 percent.

AN ACT RELATING TO STATE PURCHASE OF OVER-VALUED PROPERTY AND REDUCTION OF MUNICIPAL COMMON LEVEL OF APPRAISAL
