Alcoholic beverages; wine; tastings at farmers' markets
This act permits a wine producer to have up to a combined total of 10 fourth- class and farmers market licenses. Each farmers market license permits the wine producer to sell and offer tastings of the wines produced by the producer at all dates of operation of a specific farmers market during a year.
This act also permits a first class licensee to conduct promotional wine or beer tastings for its staff, at the request of a wholesale dealer, provided the department of liquor control is given a 10-day advanced notice .
