Subject: Highways; U.S. Route 7; Milton; paving appropriation
Statement of purpose: This bill proposes to appropriate $1,670,000.00 to the agency of transportation to pave a portion of U.S. Route 7 in Milton.
AN ACT RELATING TO PAVING U.S. ROUTE 7 IN MILTON
It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
Sec. 1. PAVING U.S. ROUTE 7 IN MILTON; APPROPRIATION
The sum of $1,670,000.00 is appropriated to the agency of transportation for the purpose of removing two inches of badly deteriorated pavement on 7.43 miles of U.S. Route 7 in Milton and replacing it with two inches of new pavement. Of this amount, $334,000.00 shall be from federal funds and $1,336,000.00 shall be from the transportation fund. Paving shall commence at mile marker 0.00 and extend to mile marker 4.3 and from 4.7 to 7.83.
