ACT NO. 47
Fish and wildlife; hunting; remote control
This act prohibits use of a remote control hunting device to take an animal in Vermont, unless the person has a permit, and prohibits a person from operating a remote control hunting site in Vermont. The act authorizes the Commissioner of Fish and Wildlife to issue a permit to a person with a disability for use of a remote control hunting device which does not use the internet and which operates a weapon in the vicinity of the permittee.
