Deer damaging crops

This act limits the number of deer that may be taken out of season because they are damaging a crop, to four in one year; authorizes a landowner to designate an agent to take a deer damaging a crop; authorizes the commissioner of fish and wildlife to issue a permit to take more than four deer damaging a crop under certain circumstances; and authorizes the commissioner of fish and wildlife to order a person to remove food or bait which is luring deer into the vicinity of property sustaining damage from a deer.
