NO. 84.  AN ACT RELATING TO THE ELECTION OF DIRECTORS OF THE SOUTHWEST VERMONT REGIONAL TECHNICAL CENTER SCHOOL DISTRICT.

It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:

Sec. 1.  SOUTHWEST VERMONT REGIONAL TECHNICAL CENTER

             SCHOOL DISTRICT; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the Southwest Vermont Regional Technical Center School District may determine the length of the initial terms of its directors according to the number of votes each director receives in the first election of its directors.
