Whereas, Cynthia Gubb, the senior vice president and director of community development services for the Chittenden Bank, has worked many years to encourage socially responsible investing and, in particular, investment in affordable housing, and
Whereas, she has been a vital and steadfast partner in Vermont’s housing industry, always looking for ways to support and encourage affordable housing development through her work with local housing organizations across the state and with participation on the community development advisory board and leadership on the Vermont Housing Awareness Campaign, and
Whereas, on May 2, Cynthia Gubb concluded her career with the Chittenden Bank to pursue new opportunities, and her many contributions will be greatly missed by Vermont’s housing community and those it serves, now therefore be it
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives:
That the General Assembly thanks Cynthia Gubb for her years of dedicated and effective service on behalf of Vermonters and their communities and for her outstanding work to provide all Vermonters with safe, decent and affordable housing, and wishes her well in the future, and be it further
Resolved: That the secretary of state be directed to send a copy of this resolution to Cynthia Gubb.
