Subject: Capital appropriations; agency of natural resources; Curtis Pond dam
Statement of purpose: This bill proposes to make an appropriation to the agency of natural resources for the reconstruction of the Curtis Pond dam in Calais.
AN ACT RELATING TO AN APPROPRIATION FOR THE CURTIS POND DAM
It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
Sec. 1. CURTIS POND DAM; CALAIS
The sum of $100,000.00 is appropriated to the agency of natural resources to take emergency actions necessary to eliminate the imminent hazard to human health and property presented by the Curtis Pond dam in Calais, including assessment, potential acquisition, maintenance and reconstruction.
