State Employees; Criminal Actions; Reimbursement

This act requires the state to reimburse up to $5,000 for reasonable costs and attorney's fees incurred in the investigation stage of a criminal action before any charges are filed against a state employee who is cleared of alleged criminal wrongdoing.
