ACT NO. 15
Conservation; public water supply
This act amends the public water supply chapter to include, within the definition of public water system, other constructed conveyances, in addition to pipes, that carry drinking water. It also provides that there are two categories of noncommunity public water systems: nontransient systems, which are defined in the act, and transient systems, which are all other noncommunity public water systems.
