ACT NO. 69


Children; Baseball

This act exempts baseball bat girls and bat boys from the law that prohibits children under sixteen from employment after seven p.m. This act permits a bat girl or bat boy to work until midnight or, if the parent or guardian and commissioner of labor and industry agree, after midnight in accordance with rules that will be adopted by the Department of Labor and Industry.

Effective Date: July 1, 2000
