ACT NO. 162


Entertainment and Nuisance Ordinances

This act allows a municipality to vote to give the local liquor control commissioners the authority to condition a first class liquor license on compliance with specified local entertainment or public nuisance ordinances, such as ordinances relating to exotic dancing. The local control commissioners may revoke or suspend a license for a violation of any condition placed upon the issuance of a license.
