ACT NO. 141
Study of State's Classification System
This act directs the commissioner of personnel to conduct a study of the state's classification system and include as focus areas, the general soundness of the current system and whether the system affords internal fairness and equity without gender bias or other biases. The act authorizes the commissioner to enter into a contract in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00 for the purpose of hiring a consultant to perform this study.
