ACT NO. 91


Childhood Immunizations; State Registry

This act permits the Department of Health to create a registry of childhood immunizations and requires health care providers to report all data regarding required immunizations of children under the age of 18 to the Health Department within seven days after the immunization is administered. The act also permits the department to implement the registry in any reasonable manner, including incrementally creating local registries.

Effective Date: July 1, 1998
