NO. 90. AN ACT RELATING TO POWERS OF ASSISTANT JUDGES IN DIVORCE PROCEEDINGS.
It is hereby enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Vermont:
Sec. 1. 4 V.S.A. § 461c(a) is amended to read:
(a) Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, an assistant judge who has served in that office for a minimum of *[
four]* two years may elect to hear and determine a complaint or action which seeks a divorce in cases where a stipulation of the parties has been reached.
