DONALD GEORGE MILNE of Washington, Orange County, Republican, was born in Barre, Vermont on July 16, 1934 and became a resident of present town in April, 1964. He was educated in elementary schools in Barre; Spaulding High School, Barre; Boston University; New York Law School (LL.B., 1959). He has been married to the former Representative Marion C. Carson Milne since 1957, and they have one daughter, two sons and seven grandchildren.
