NO. R-73. JOINT RESOLUTION RELATING TO FINAL ADJOURNMENT OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY IN 1995.

Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives:

That when the President of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives adjourn their respective houses on any day between the 17th and 22nd days of April, A.D. 1995, inclusive, they shall do so to reconvene no later than the fourth day of May, A.D. 1995 at ten o'clock in the forenoon if the governor should fail to approve and sign any bill and should he return it to the house of origin with his objections in writing after such adjournment, or to reconvene no later than the third day of January, A.D. 1996 at ten o'clock in the forenoon, if the governor should not so return any bill to either house.
